Participants must be 14+ years or older.
If multiple participants submit the same caption, the first submission will be selected.
If winner chooses to receive the prize in USD rather than ETH, the cash prize amount will be determined by the value of ETH at the time when the contest meme is posted (at the start of the submission period).
